Product Return Policy
for Our Pre-Lit LED Artificial Christmas Trees
Timeless Holidays™ wants you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within Thirty (30) Days of Receipt or Prior to December 23rd of the year of sale (whichever comes first) - referred as the Return Policy Window, for credit less any shipping/handling charges. Please note, your return must be in transit to Timeless Holidays™ within the Return Policy Window to be eligible for a return credit.
In addition to the Return Policy Window, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. You may choose to use your own shipping method or return shipping labels provided by Timeless Holidays™ (the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the return credit if using shipping labels provided by Timeless Holidays™).

How Do I Return My Purchase?
Please use our Contact Us form. We will issue a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number MUST appear on your return item. Failure to include the RMA number could result in a delay issuing your credit. If you are within the Continental United States you may prefer to have Timeless Holidays™ issue return shipping labels. If you decide to use our shipping labels the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Please note: if you chose to refuse delivery of your purchase instead of following our return policy you will be charged a $50 per item handling fee.
Where Do I Send My Return?
Return items MUST have a RMA number assigned to them - there can be no exceptions. Items that are sent for return without a RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer (at the customer's expense).

When Can I Expect My Credit?
All returns will be inspected after they arrive at our warehouse. Please allow up to thirty (30) days after receipt to inspect your return and issue a credit.
Problems with Purchases
If you discover a problem with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. All problems are covered by our Warranty Policy.
For customers located within the Continental United States:
If you would like to exchange your purchase you may do so within Thirty (30) Days of Receipt or Prior to December 23rd of the year of sale (whichever comes first) - referred as the Product Exchange Window, for another item. To help defer the exchange cost to the customer, Timeless Holidays™ will charge a flat $25 per item exchange fee.
If you select an item that is more expensive, Timeless Holidays™ will waive the exchange fee.
Please note: the exchanged item will not ship until the original item is in transit back to the Timeless Holidays™ warehouse.
For customers located within Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:
Customers within Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are responsible for the return shipping costs to exchange an item. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. Once the original item is in transit (with the tracking number) the exchange item will be shipped.
